All prices are NET.
$30.00 SERVICE CHARGE FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS.
3.5% service charge on all non-check payments.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We will invoice at prices in effect on date of shipment.
All shipments F.O.B., Stephenville, Texas

We will allow five days from the receipt of merchandise for your inspection and claims for defective goods or shortages.
Under no circumstances will we allow any claim for defective goods or expense caused by same after they are put to use.
Rods are NOT guaranteed against breakage in well.
Fiberglass Rod MUST be installed in well using a minimum of 2 guides per rod.

Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization.
Buyer is responsible for all freight expenses.
All returned items are subject to a restocking fee.
Returned items must be in NEW, unused & undamaged condition.
Final amount determined for returned products shall only be used on future purchases.
Custom and non-stock items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.

User accounts are for established vendor accounts only.
Improper or unauthorized use of user accounts will be disabled.
